Near Roscoe Street
At last, a fruit and veg stall returns (generally Tuesdays to Fridays at the moment). There used to be a fruit and veg stall on the market years back, but it closed and it has been sorely missed, because the fruit from Waitrose is tasteless and shrivelled after months in cold storage. I ate some of cherries you can see in the picture – absolutely wonderful. I had forgotten what cherries really tasted like.
